information so that we can make sure we respond to all
your requirements
- The Department Name
- Your name, the traveller(s) name (if different) & Payroll
Numbers for each traveller
- Cost centre
- Your daytime telephone, fax number and email address
- The date on which the traveller will arrive at the
hotel and the number of nights required
- The precise location of the hotel required, (e.g.
central, close to the railway station or motorway)
- The preferred hotel(s) by name (if known)
- Whether car parking is required
- Whether a smoking or non-smoking room is required
Booking Amendments
If you wish to amend a booking that is more than 24hours
prior to the arrival date, you should use the online
facility on this site:
- Click on the "Book hotel online" link in
the navigation bar
- Log in
- click the "Review Bookings" link at the
top left of the search page
- enter your booking reference number or use the "Advanced
Search" facility to find your booking
- from the results table, click on the reference number
and you will see the booking with amendment option
links at the foot of the page.
If you wish to amend a booking that is less than 24hours
prior to the arrival date, you should do so by telephoning
or e-mailing Travelocity Business [details can be found on the "Contact
us" page] quoting the original booking number, with
details of the amendment.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a booking that is more than 24hours
prior to the arrival date, you should use the online
facility on this site:
- Click on the "Book hotel online" link in
the navigation bar
- Log in
- click the "Review Bookings" link at the
top left of the search page
- enter your booking reference number or use the "Advanced
Search" facility to find your booking
- from the results table, click on the reference number
and you will see the booking with an option to "Cancel
this booking" at the foot of the page
- click on this link and a you will be asked "Are
you sure you wish to cancel this booking?", click "OK"
- Choose a reason from the list provided as to why
you are cancelling the booking, then click the "Confirm" button.
- The booking will be shown with a cancellation number
added.
If you wish to cancel a booking that is less than 24hours
prior to the arrival date, you should do so by telephoning
or e-mailing Travelocity Business [details can be found on the "Contact
us" page] quoting the original booking number.
Payment
- For all UK reservations, payment is required on
departure.
- For International Reservations a credit card number
is required to GUARANTEE the room, not for payment
